Project Peru has been able to make links with a women's craft group known as Llamkaq Warmi, in Villa El Salvador to the south of Lima, who make hand-made arpilleras (colourful everyday scenes sewn from scraps of material) and greeting cards. To view these items click here.

We are also selling genuine hand-crafted items that have been made in Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir. One of our volunteers visiting that area saw how difficult it was to subsist in an economy seriously damaged in the India-Pakistan conflict over this area, which is now hard to visit as a tourist. We are trying to work together to build bridges across the world by supporting people in Kashmir and in Peru.
