Riamba

Playing music in the Son/Charanga style, six musicians make up Riamba. The female lead vocalist is backed by a strong rhythm section, which includes piano, trumpet, bass and typical Cuban percussion.

Riamba's repertoire suits a variety of occasions, ranging from the relaxed and informal, to the more energetic dance venue. It is this that has made them a popular choice for private functions, The National Theatre and London's Latin clubs, to name but a few.

Included in its programme are traditional numbers, from the fiery 'Guararé' to the infectious 'Pare Cochero', alongside other well known classics!
